We prepare the desired, herbal tea with the fixings. The session starts with one-on-one conversation and ends with client-specific takeaways. Clients receive the herbal tea bags to enjoy at home.

We cleanse the client's hands for a hand massage with selected hand butter or oil. The session is a combination of intercessory prayer and discussion. Clients receive the butter or oil to indulge at home.

We identify the key area for gentle stretches. Time is taken for muscle warm-up. Client movements are guided and a prepared smoothie is the healthy ending. Clients receive the smoothie mix for home.
